Attendance is free. Registration gives you the room links, the programme with abstracts, and a certificate of attendance. Friday 29 January 2027, Online (Google Meet).

What a pass includes

  • Both plenary keynotes and the opening

How the day works

The opening, both keynotes and the closing panel are plenary, in one room, with no competing session. Between them, three rooms run in parallel — one per section — and you move between them freely.

Each room has its own Google Meet link and its own moderator, who keeps the 20-minute slots and brings participants back to the main room for the plenary parts. Attendance is registered per room, which is what the certificates are based on.

Room links are sent with the reminder email on 28 January 2027, the day before.
