dr Agnieszka Sobieska

Doctor of legal sciences, specialising in the philosophy of law, human rights and the legal aspects of how contemporary organisations operate. A graduate in law and administration of the University of Wrocław, with more than ten years of teaching experience, including on the postgraduate programme “Zawód Mediator” (the mediator profession).

Combines research with practice in ethical workplaces, team management and modern organisational processes. Led the teaching team for the fundamentals of law at WSB Merito University and now works as Project & Process Lead in an international business environment. In a European Commission Horizon 2020 project, coordinated the Polish component of research on mediation in cross-border child abduction cases.

Research interests centre on the anthropology of law, the legal aspects of Muslim women’s presence in public space, and the role of artificial intelligence in education and instructional design.
