dr Natalia Najgiebauer

A lawyer with more than fifteen years of professional experience in law and public administration. Completed master’s and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław, with professional experience in both the public and the private sector. Specialises in civil and commercial law and court mediation, backed by numerous courses and certificates in the field.

An experienced court mediator, entered on the list of mediators of the Regional Court, who has conducted mediation in civil, family, commercial and criminal cases, helping the parties reach agreement. Has also worked as a lawyer, providing legal support and advice to business clients.

Earlier posts include Deputy Head of a District Labour Office, managing a team and working with labour-market partners, and Senior Inspector at the Marshal’s Office, supervising EU-funded projects and the control of public procurement.

Currently a lecturer at WSB Merito University, teaching law and business law. Also a cognitive coach and personal development adviser, focusing on interpersonal and communication skills.
